By accessing and using The Royal Fragrance website (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Pricing

• Product Descriptions: We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or images are entirely error-free.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Typographical Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. Orders & Payments

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure third-party gateways including credit/debit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout.
• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to verify billing and shipping information before processing orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Areas: We currently ship within Sri Lanka. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary by location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.
• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Royal Fragrance experience. If you are not completely satisfied, here's our policy:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• Return Process: Contact us at the.royal.fragrance07@gmail.com to initiate a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened fragrance products unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to:

• Logos, trademarks, and brand names
• Product images and descriptions
• Website design, layout, and graphics
• Text, articles, and marketing materials

are the exclusive property of The Royal Fragrance and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. User Accounts

• Account Creation: You may create an account to track orders and save preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Royal Fragrance shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
